We provide professional resume writing, cover letter creation, and LinkedIn profile optimization. The final deliverables are based on the information provided by you. The service includes reformatting, strategy, rewriting, and delivery of documents in PDF and Word files.

2. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We are not liable for errors due to incorrect or incomplete details submitted by you.

3. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer unlimited free revisions within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions or changes beyond this period may incur extra charges.

4. Payments & Refunds
All payments must be made upfront. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are only issued at our discretion if we fail to deliver as promised.

5. Turnaround Time
Standard delivery timelines are 3-5 business days. Expedited services may be available at an additional cost.

6. Liability Disclaimer
We do not guarantee job placement. Our role is to enhance your application materials; securing a job remains your responsibility.
We do guarantee increased interviews and may provide additional services at no cost if it is found that the resume is ineffective. These additional services are determined on a case by case basis.

Once delivered, the final resume and related documents belong to you. However, we retain the right to use anonymized samples for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise.
